What belongs in a Spider-Verse curation brief
A fan curation request fails most often in the first paragraph, when the writer pastes every Spider-Verse cover they have ever liked. The desk then has to guess whether you want Miles in the rain, Gwen on a kit, or a rooftop stitch. Guessing wastes the two-day reply window.
Name the run. If you know the years, write them. If you already hold issues, list those numbers so we do not duplicate them in a limited digital issue drop. Cover artists help; character mood boards do not, unless you are asking for a bound collector edition that follows a single colour hold.
City matters. “Brooklyn at night” is usable. “All cities, all spiders” is not a brief. When Arthit asked for three cities in one volume we split the third rather than pretend a stitch. Put the split you can live with in the brief yourself if you already know it.
Send the brief through the contact form. A screenshot dump can travel as a follow-up once we have the run name. The first message still needs sentences.
