Terms
Terms of use
These terms apply when you browse Cloud Accesspoint, send a fan curation brief, join a limited digital issue drop, commission a Spider-Verse collector edition, or book an issue reading session. By using the site you accept this text. If you do not accept it, do not send a brief.
The desk, not a shop till
The website describes services and informational rates. It does not process payments. A quote in a curator reply is an offer to sequence issues; it becomes an agreement only when you confirm in writing and any requested deposit terms are met off-site.
Intellectual property
Marvel characters, issue titles, and related marks remain with their owners. Cloud Accesspoint claims copyright in its curator notes, drop sheets, edition-card wording, and original site copy. We do not claim ownership of the underlying comics. You may not copy our notes into another commercial drop without written permission.
Collector files
Digital issue files released at handoff are for your reading and collection records as described in the quote. Redistribution of a numbered drop as if it were a new public edition is not allowed. Private sets stay private unless both sides agree to open a drop code.
Accuracy
Drop boards, edition sizes, and rates can change when sourcing changes. We correct pages when a count closes. A reply to your brief controls over marketing sentences on older journal posts.
Liability
We take care sequencing covers and writing notes. We are not liable for taste disputes, for a character you hoped would appear, or for delays caused by issues we cannot verify. Our liability for a confirmed engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Thai law forbids a limit. We are not liable for indirect loss such as missed fairs or travel you booked without a confirmed chair.
Acceptable use
Do not use the contact form to send malware, harvest addresses, or impersonate another collector. We may refuse a brief that asks us to misrepresent edition size.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled by correspondence with the desk.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the current text is 14 August 2026. Continued use after a change means you accept the new text for later briefs.
