What we collect

From the brief form: name, email, the service you selected, the run or city beat, and the message. From email or phone: whatever you choose to tell us about issues you already hold. From cookies: only the consent choice described on the cookies page if you accept or reject the banner.

Why we use it

To reply to fan curation requests, to hold drop places, to schedule Bangkok reading sessions, and to keep a record of edition numbers assigned to you. We do not sell collector lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful or abandoned briefs are kept for twelve months in case you write again about the same run. Confirmed drop and edition records are kept for six years for accounting and to avoid duplicating numbers. Cookie choices stored in your browser remain until you clear storage.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct a name or email, object to marketing we do not currently send, or ask for erasure where we do not need the record to prove an edition number. Write to info@cloud-accesspoint.click. We respond within thirty days.

International transfers

The site is used from many countries. Briefs may be read by curators working in Thailand and at the posted address. If a transfer needs safeguards, we use written curator agreements and limit access to the people named on the Studio page.

Security

The public form posts to a static mock endpoint on this site for demonstration of success and error states. Do not include identity-document numbers, card numbers, or wallet seeds in a brief.
